Creating volumed hair

What products/tools needed to create volumed hair:

• Water spray
• Gel spray
• Vitapointe
• Hairspray 
• Hair dryer with nozzle
• Curling tongs
• Big rounded vented brush
• Pin tail comb
• Postiche brush
• Sectioning clips

How to create this look:

1. Ensure that that the hair is 90% dry by giving the hair a blast without the nozzle. Section the hair with a horse shoe section at the top of the head.
2. Begin blow drying the hair starting from the bottom with the nozzle attached to the hair dryer. Spray gel spray into the smaller sections of hair and use sectioning clips to hold the rest of the hair on top of the head. Firstly grab a small section of hair with the rounded vented brush and dry the root from underneath. Then go over the top brush with the hair dryer, lifting the hair vertically from the head to give root lift and keep tension.
3. Once the roots are dry you can move to mid length. Use the hair dryer with the brush in the same motion with slightly turning the vented rounded  brush.
4. When you reach the ends of the hair you should release the tension of the brush and angle the brush to curl the ends in.
5. Repeat these steps working around the head and then upwards until you reach the horse shoe section at the top of the head.
6. To begin shaping the top section of the hair blow dry the back section first and work your way backwards.
7. Give the hair a blast with the cool setting on the hair dryer.
8. Curl all the ends of the hair with the curling tongs.
   
9. Back comb the roots of the front hairline of the hair to give extra root lift and shape.
10. Apply Vitapointe into the hair working the shape of the curls into the ends.
11. Smooth the hair with the postiche brush and finish with hair spray.
