Makeup for fashion and beauty
Contouring is used to bring out people facial features. In a practical session I wanted to create a natural looking contour. Below are images and step by steps of how I created this look.
Products needed to create this look:
- Foundation
- Concealer
- Translucent powder
- A cream highlighter
- A cream illuminating product (I have used clique)
- Illamasqua disobey blusher
- Illamasqua intrigue blusher
Step by step of how to create this look:
- Apply foundation to the face and use concealer to cover any spots or blemishes.
- Apply the cream highlighter to the top of the cheekbones, the brow bone, down the bridge of the nose and above the cupids bow.
- Apply the cream illumination product down the centre of the cheekbones and down the sides of the nose.
- Powder the face lightly with the translucent powder. For the best effect use a big powder brush.
- Apply the illamasqua intrigue blusher lighty over the areas where you applied the cream highlighter.
- Apply the Illamasqua disobey blusher over the top of the illumination product. Use an angled brush to apply the blusher and then use a smaller rounded powder brush to blend the colour to look more natural.
